- Continue: Tap “Continue” at the bottom of the screen.
Step 2: Select or Add a Recipient
- Select Recipient: On the “Select recipient” screen, choose a recipient from your Saved recipients list (e.g., Customer Name at OPay/Paycom).
- Add New Recipient: If the recipient is new, tap “New recipient” and follow the prompts to enter their full name, Nigerian Bank Name (e.g., OPay, First Bank, GTBank), and Account Number.
- Proceed: Once selected, tap “Continue.”
Step 3: Review and Confirm Details

- Review Transfer Details: The “Review details” screen displays the complete summary:
- You send: The exact CAD amount (e.g., 200 CAD).
- Fee: Confirm the transaction fee.
- Exchange Rate: Check the rate one last time (e.g., 1 CAD = 1,030.1 NGN).
- Recipient receives: The final NGN amount.
- Review Recipient Details: Verify the Bank Name and Account Number are correct.
- Confirm: If all details are correct, tap “Confirm.”
Step 4: Finalize with Passcode
- Enter Passcode: To authorize the Withdrawal from your CAD Balance and finalize the transfer, enter your personal 4-digit passcode when prompted.
Step 5: Transfer Complete and Tracking
